# Frappe, ERPNext and AI automation services

> We build custom Frappe apps, connect ERPNext to your other systems, host and upgrade benches, and add AI to your ERP. Remote from Oran, Algeria.

Updated: 2026-10-27

## What we do

We are a small software studio in Oran, Algeria. We build on Frappe and ERPNext, and we write the tools we need to do it. You can hire us for one piece of work or for a whole project.

### Custom Frappe apps

DocTypes, workflows, reports and print formats, packaged in a separate app. Client code is typed TypeScript. Your custom logic never touches Frappe core, so version upgrades stay routine.

### ERPNext integrations

We connect ERPNext to stores, payment gateways, carriers, other ERPs and mobile apps. We have built this kind of middleware ourselves. See the [Foxmayn Shopify Pay case study](https://foxmayn.com/en/dz/work/shopify-pay) for a payment and shipping integration that handles thousands of orders.

### Hosting and upgrades

Docker benches for development and production, scheduled backups and planned version upgrades. We set them up with [Foxmayn Frappe Manager](https://foxmayn.com/en/open-source/ffm), our open-source bench tool.

### AI on your ERP

Two kinds of work.

- **AI on your data.** Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over your documents, with answers that cite their sources. Our [Foxmayn AI platform](https://foxmayn.com/en/work/foxmayn-ai) shows how we build it.
- **Assistants and workflow automation.** AI assistants connected to your Frappe sites through MCP, limited to each user's own permissions. Automation for repetitive steps: document intake, data entry, status updates, notifications.

Our [Foxmayn Frappe CLI](https://foxmayn.com/en/open-source/ffc) includes an MCP server for exactly this.

## How an engagement runs

1. **First call.** You tell us what runs today and what should change. We ask questions.
2. **Written scope.** We send a document with what we will build, what we will not, and how we will check that it works. You approve it before we start.
3. **The work.** Either a fixed-scope project or monthly work, depending on what fits. Fixed scope suits a clear deliverable. Monthly work suits ongoing development and maintenance.
4. **Handover.** The code lands in your repository with documentation. You own it. You can continue with us or without us.

## What you get

- Code in your own repository, from the first commit.
- Custom code in its own app, never in Frappe core.
- Documentation written for the next developer.
- Typed TypeScript on the client side, with DocType types generated from your site by [Foxmayn Frappe Types](https://foxmayn.com/en/open-source/fft).

## Who we work with

- **Agencies** that need extra Frappe capacity or a specialist for one project.
- **ERP partners** that implement ERPNext and need custom apps, integrations or hosting behind their projects.
- **Companies on ERPNext** that need changes, connections or an upgrade, and have no in-house Frappe developer.

## Languages and time zone

We work in English, French and Arabic, and we build right-to-left interfaces. We are in Algeria on UTC+1. That is the same time as Paris in winter and one hour behind in summer, which leaves a long overlap with Europe and the Middle East.

## Pricing

Prices are on request. They depend on the scope, so we quote after the first call and the written scope.

## See the work first

Judge us on what we have built. Our [case studies](https://foxmayn.com/en/work) describe real projects, including what is unfinished. Our [open-source tools](https://foxmayn.com/en/open-source) are public, with source code, releases and issue trackers on GitHub.

To start, use the contact form on the [home page](https://foxmayn.com/en). Tell us what runs today and what should change.

## Questions

### Do you work with agencies as a subcontractor?

Yes. Agencies are one of the three groups we work with. We can add Frappe capacity to your team or take a whole piece of a project. The code goes into your repository, with documentation, so you can hand it to your client or keep working on it yourself.

### Do you only work on ERPNext?

We work on Frappe and ERPNext. That covers custom Frappe apps, integrations with other systems, hosting and upgrades, and AI on top of your ERP. We also build products for Algerian businesses, which you can see in our [case studies](https://foxmayn.com/en/work). If your need sits outside Frappe, ask and we will say so directly.

### Who owns the code?

You do. We work in your repository from the first commit, and we hand over code and documentation at the end. Custom logic lives in its own Frappe app, never in Frappe core. You can continue with us, with another team or on your own after handover.

### How much does a project cost?

Prices are on request. They depend on the scope, so we quote after a first call and a written scope. You approve that scope before work starts. Depending on the job, we work on a fixed-scope project or on monthly work. We do not publish rates.

### Which languages and time zone do you work in?

We work in English, French and Arabic, and we build right-to-left interfaces. We are based in Oran, Algeria, on UTC+1. That is the same time as Paris in winter and one hour behind in summer, so we overlap well with European working hours.

### Can you add AI to our ERPNext site?

Yes. We connect AI assistants to Frappe sites through MCP, limited to each user's own permissions. We also build retrieval over your documents with cited answers, and automate repetitive workflow steps. Our [Foxmayn Frappe CLI](https://foxmayn.com/en/open-source/ffc) and [Foxmayn AI](https://foxmayn.com/en/work/foxmayn-ai) show how we work.
